Each Deanside HPS SDA home includes two High Physical Support participant bedrooms, designed to provide privacy, comfort and practical accessibility. These bedrooms are balance practicality with homeliness.

Every participant bedroom includes its own private standalone accessible bathroom, supporting dignity, independence and ease of daily routines. Every room has direct access to the properties spacious shared outdoor setting and glows with radient natural lighting and the inbuilt capability for automatic duel blinds and an automatic door.

The kitchen has been purpose-built with accessibility at its core. A height-adjustable island bench, accessible cabinetry, modern appliances and generous storage make it easy for participants to engage with the kitchen on their own terms, whatever their routine or level of independence looks like.

Living Room

A shared space that never feels like home.

Room for meals, conversations, quiet time and social connection. The open layout comfortably accommodates participants, support workers, family and visitors together, without ever feeling clinical or crowded.

Shared Spa Bath Room

Fully accessible spa bath with an inbuilt hoist pulley system

A truly standout feature, this luxurious spa space has been purposely designed for comfort and accessibility. Complimented by an integrated ceiling hoist pulley system, this room creates a practical and supportive environment while still feeling calm, spacious and beautifully finished.
